We had a skunk family burrow under our house, as you can imagine the smell inside our home was beyond less than ideal. we ordered this and we’re grateful for the relief of skunk smell it brought. It worked wonders. It would wear off after about a day but a few more sprays fixed it. It does have a smell of bleach but I did not notice any discoloration in our carpet or furniture.

I read the reviews and I have a skunk problem too. Lingers in air in the backyard so I spray a little and the odor goes away. Great for cooking odors like strong onion smell. Cat litter box too. I love the unscented too. I can't use products with heavy scents. It comes in this large bottle. I put in smaller spray bottles for others areas . I signed up for the Subscribe and save option.It delivered well packaged too. I'll always have this great product around!! I highly recommend it!!

While letting my three dogs out before bed we encountered a skunk who was not happy to see us. We retreated when the skunk didn't however not before the smell was on us. Once inside my three dogs all went in different directions and began rubbing on everything to get the scent off of them. One on the living room rug, one jumped in my bed retreating immediately to the safety under the covers, the other one went straight to his favorite chair which also happens to be my favorite place to sit in the family room.It started around 11:30PM and I had to make an immediate run to the drug store for baking soda, peroxide, and dishwashing liquid and upon returning home all three were given a bath in the solution and also dog shampoo. After they were taken care of I stripped the bed and jumped on Amazon seeking a solution to the smell permeating my home, burning my eyes, and not leaving me feeling great. I found this product and placed the order.By the time it arrived I had already started washing everything and shampoo'd the rugs. None of the products I had were working. Luckily this arrived early and I should have ordered more than one bottle. It handled the issue better than I expected however there was still the lingering evidence for three days in the house as the smell of a skunk encounter was lingering in the air. The product did well but it would be nice if it had a fresh scent. After a situation like I was in you want a "clean" smell in your home.This product made the house bearable. Honestly, I feel if I had purchased two bottles I would have been better off but thats on me and not the company which makes it. It removed the odor everywhere except the rug. We are a little over a week since the incident and occasionally I can still smell the odor. We experienced heavy rain one day right after the incident and the smell returned throughout the house but was gone quickly.The product worked well. I will purchase it again and if this company makes other products I would turn to them before others as this experience could have been much worse had this product not worked well. I would recommend ordering some if you line in an area with any type of skunk population. I will order more and try it in different situations and provide a follow up review. Overall, very satisfied. Also happy with how quickly Amazon was able to get it to me.

The product is fantastic. I spray two small sprays over my dogs piddle pads, and within 15 seconds I couldn't smell anything. I still had to clean it, LOL, but I didn't have to smell it. I bought two fine mist continuous spray battles so that I could have bathroom and by the puppy's area. I figured this cast less than the most well known air and fabric freshener, I like it better

I have been a fan of Zero odor for many years. My first acquaintance with this product was when I had taken in a rescues male cat who had been left in a locked cat carrier in zero weather. He was not neutered and the whole carrier and him, stank to high heavens. Since I had other cats, I isolated him first and he sprayed all over my living room. I thought I would never get the smell out.....Someone recommended Zero . I thought it couldn't work , I mean these smells were quite rank. But it did. I was shocked and kept testing it on other things. Anyway I became an absolute believer and I try to keep a good size spray around because all my cats are now older and :::::::sigh::::: incontinent.I have used it on non feline odors too. Same incredible odor killing. Not covering up but actually killing.

This stuff really does neutralize odors in the air. It's pretty expensive when you take into account that you have to spray several squirts to have the effect you want. I use it in the cats' litter box room (which is also my laundry room). Before I scoop their litter box, I spray the room air and then wait a few minutes before going in there, so I don't have to deal with much odor as I'm cleaning their litter box. Also, in between scoopings, if stink is emanating out into the rest of the house, I'll spray the air of the room. But the problem with this stuff is that the liquid in the bottle contains a lot of dissolved solids - you're not just spraying the air, the spray is landing on everything nearby and coating it. Everything in my laundry room gets coated with a thick layer of white gunk - the counters, the floor, the washer and dryer, the laundry basket, the cabinets - even after just one squirt. That means I frequently have to scrub down all the surfaces. You would never want to let this spay fall on fabric or leather furniture, or on your carpets, so its use is limited.After I finish off this large bottle, I won't purchase Zero Odor again. I'll look for an air odor eliminator that doesn't leave a thick residue. I'll also look into getting an exhaust fan installed in the laundry room, or maybe put the litter box out in the garage and install a cat door to the garage. I love my cats, but I sure hate smelling their poop.
