I have an older Acura...1996 TL non electric trunk release. will this still work?

It should. I installed it on a car that did not have that as well. If pressed the trunk release button does not do anything yet all other functions work without any issue.

does it come with a six tone siren

I've never actually counted how many tones it makes, but it's the same sounds at your typical Viper or Clifford alarm. It's made by DEI the same company that makes the other two above.
