No this item is made in the USA

Q: Does this stuff has any expiry date? If im gonna put this into a ship for 3-4 weeks before im gonna use it?

I am sure it has an expiration date, but it is good for a couple of YEARS. It is a strong dog food and I would be careful how you use it. It gave my dogs diarrhea for several days.

Q: Is this a paste or is it lumpy? I want a good wet dog food (paste-type) to put in Kongs. Thanks

I would not put this in a kong. It is like chunks in gravy. I mix it with dry food for our dog.
