Purchased this for a valentine's gift and she loved it! I am grateful they had green since it is her favorite color. I have not tested how long the hold heat or cold but they seem well built. Their name is probably the only thing that looks odd. Wish it was an actual word rather than alphabet soup but still nice product and I guess that is what we get for a better price.

Not maintains the heat is ok for what I use

Cheap material; the product was damaged it had a lot of scratches. I only tested the bigger jar with hot water from 8a-12p and it didn’t keep it hot . I decided to return the product. The smaller jar never made out of the packaging until now that Im getting it ready to return and I noticed that jar was dirty and even more damaged than the bigger jar .

One of the lids broke two months after purchase. The two layers were separated when they should be stick together as one piece, like the other lid. When wiped with a paper towel, the separated surface produced dark color stuff in the middle between the two layers. Is it toxic?! Does anyone have the customer service contact information? I threw away the packaging and could not find a customer support line when searching the brand name Bidakid on the internet.
