Since Dirty Lazy Keto I have lost weight and improved my diabetes!
I said to Stephanie LASKA:I feel like I have to tell you that my doctors appointment was amazing! Who ever says that?Me!!!!The last visit was in January and it was by phone. My A1C was about 7.0 and I weighed more although i don’t remember the number.This time my A1C was 6.0 and he noticed the weight loss! He asked me what I was doing and I just said I gave up all the bad carbs and I don’t eat anything after 7pm. Even strawberries spike my blood glucose in the morning. He commented that my on the spot test was 105.Then he was in what looked like shock and he had to sit down. He asked me how I was losing the weight and managing all this and he said he wanted to do what I am doing.Me, telling my doctor what to do? Hilarious. He sounded jealous and then I told him about Dirty Lazy Keto and he was singing the praises of my new ways! He said let’s meet again in 3 months (not trusting me I guess) and he will take my diabetes meds away!!!His nurse wanted the info too and I was happy to share!I had to tell you because I’m so excited about this visit!Maryann Fox

You need this wonderful cookbook!
Another excellent book by Stephanie and William Laska! How do they come up with these incredible recipes?Stephanie Laska lost 140 pounds and kept it off for almost 10 years with this way of eating! She shares her story to help people that have tried every other diet and failed to finally SUCCEED with Dirty, Lazy, Keto! You can do this! This works! I am down 52 pounds thanks to Stephanie and William Laska's books!This cookbook includes yummy recipes with icons for each recipe; e.g., "No Cook, I'm Hangry, Picky Eaters, Fancy Enough for Guests, Vegetarian-"ish," Less Mess," etc. Net carbs per serving are included as well as important Dirty Lazy Keto tips.All the delicious, simple, and easy to make recipes have original and fun names such as: "Party Pooper Prawns, Hokey Holiday Cheese Ball, Always Ants on a Log, Fake and Bake Kale Chips, Catawampus Avocado Chips, Dancing Drunken Chicken, Manly Man Stroganoff. Dirty, Lazy Keto 5 Ingredients Cookbook makes life easier and simpler!
I know that there are people who follow the full keto program and don't believe in dirty, lazy, keto but I found that when trying to follow strict Keto, it was just too strict and I would find myself cheating. DLK was a way of life I could follow and not cheat. In the early pages of the book, Stephanie Laska shares what every one needs to know about DLK and how to be successful. Five ingredients or less has some easy and very flavorful recipes that use easy to find ingredients. Some of my favorites are Chocolate Chip Muffins in A Jiffy, Goldilocks Pancake Syrup, Runner Up Strawberry Syrup, Souder Douper. Chicken Soup and Phony Philly Cheesesteak to name a few! There are so many more recipes that I can't wait to try. If you think Keto is too strict for you, give DLK and Stephanie Laska's books a try. I promise you will be happy you did!

Just "WOW!!!"
Stephanie you hit this one out of the ball park! I have LOVED your cookbooks. I dog ear page after page of recipes to try. But this one- I think there are only 5 or 6 recipes I wasn't interested in (not an avocado fan) but all the rest just WOW'D the heck out of me!! WOW!I'm not new to Low Carb or Keto (currently doing 90% Carnivore) I did Atkins when Atkins was alive (I'm old) So I know yummy recipes when I see them! :o)I've got to get cooking now- because I'm hungry!THANK YOU!! Stephanie! (p.s. you are adorable!)P.S. The muffin bread recipe is worth the price of the whole book!! I eat 1 daily! These recipes are worth double the price! ;o)

Recipes are not all 5 ingredients…there are7,8,and 9 also.
I love all your previous cookbooks, but was disappointed in this one. ☹️ I was looking for a recipe book with only 5-ingredients. Maybe it is just me, but love all your other cookbooks more. ♥️

Great Keto cookbook
So many tips on what to have in your kitchen. Easy to read. I have just about everything in my pantry, frig, freezer to make any of the recipes. I love all her books but this one hit out of the ballpark with all the information and recipes. I read it from front to back.I like the little icons that let you know if the recope is no cook, Less mess( one pot) etc.it shows you things to stay away from which is helpful. There is even a shopping list( why can't I find Creole seasoning). There are just so many helpful things to be successful.I made the Just a Bowl of Cereal and love it.The tips on how to store the rest when just using a portion is great.Tomorrow I am making the Downpour Parmesan Dressing,Say cheese chaffle sticks and One minute Man Enchiladas !( went to Costco today and bought a rotisserie chicken. I had some in my freezer but happened to go to Costco before doctor appt and a rotisserie chicken is a must!)This weekend i will make the Simple Salami Skewers!I love that I already have most all the ingredients.People this recipe book is really good. You will not regret purchasing it!

Easy and Delicious Recipes
Another GREAT addition to her prior cookbooks. I love the simplicity and yet great taste. I've already tried a few of the recipes and am not disappointed. I have all of her books and cook something from them all of the time. Plus I love her added suggestions for the recipe, like what to eat it with or what to make with the left overs. Plus, Stephanie has a great, down to earth approach and sense of humor. Hoping she writes another cookbook.

As a family we are doing the DLK lifestyle! Stephanie makes it so easy and the word DIET is banned in this house! We don’t diet, we make healthy choices with the help of DLK! If you love the other DLK books, this is even better!

This book works!
I have been following Stephanie for 10 months. I have struggled with weight issues my whole life. For the first time in 35 years I have lost slowly but surely on this way of eating. Down 50 lbs! Start with her “ Dirty Lazy Keto Get Started Losing Weight While Breaking The Rules” and go from there. This is the most current book. I couldn’t have done this without all of them

This cookbook is great and the recipes are useful. Some of the ingredients are not easily accessible in Canada
