Is the packing for the foundation sealed?

The original package does not have a seal on outer box. But the product has a seal on the tube under the cap.

What color is this foundation?

What I thought was MAC was fake brand, color NW20 was extremely light on me—my color with MAC is NW20. Also, texture of it was chalky. I do not recommend. I threw it away.
