Great suit, overall design is pretty cool and practical so getting in and out is quick. As some of the other reviews have mentioned the sizing guide seems to be a bit inaccurate, I'm 5ft 6 146lb with 41 inch chest so its recommended a large size, but after checking out some vids on YouTube I decided on a medium which fit me well. If your in XL territory or you have substantial mass in your traps, delts and back, you will need to probably size up. I don't have a particular muscular frame and a very minimal "V" going on, and I feel a comfortable snugness to my suit (which I like) without impinging my shoulders movement. So far I have used it for multiple running and shadow boxing sessions, and as expected you get a great sweat on. Once finished I just turn inside out, shake off and hang up to dry. Haven't had to wash yet as it isn't reeking yet (even though it's pretty much been soaked in sweat for extended periods). You can smell some sourness to it now, so when the time comes I'll probably just hose it down in the garden. Final points, as we are here looking at a sauna suit we probably know what we are getting into, but there seems to be some confusion on the use of it, specifically weight loss. To clarify, you WILL lose weight after training with this (or even doing the dishes in it), BUT is only water weight which will be regained as soon as you re-hydrate. Measuring your progress purely based on this is not a good\healthy indication for realistic sustainable weight loss. Long term weight loss is down to consistent diet and activity - I felt it needs to be said as I've been asked this a few times. If your goal is purely long term sustainable\healthy weight loss, I really cannot recommend this as a purchase. So I guess the 2 scenarios that I would recommend that people buy this suit for is: 1. Tool for making weight in some sport 2. Likes to sweat I'm the latter as in the cold temperatures I find it hard to get my sweat on.

Great material definitely makes you sweat whilst putting in the hardwork, easy and quick to wash by hand, only thing i would recommend if you are buying is go up by 2 sizes as i am 6ft 4 and normally a large but had to order XXL and it fit perfectly. Other than the size ranges being abit of the product is definitely worth it.

Sweating capacity is good you do sweat good in it size is exactly as described easy to use and quality is good too

Be careful when choosing the size as the table in the description doesn't correspond, I followed that table and ordered a 5XL for my husband and it was huge. Sent it back and ordered an XL and it is perfect.

Perfect fit I’m normally a medium and was perfect. Feels like the tropics wearing this definitely not for the faint hearted. I did half hour run 2 miles and left a puddle on the floor when I took it off.

La uso da molto tempo, è comoda e fa il suo lavoro, con appena 16/17km di camminata veloce torni a casa e ti conviene toglierla in doccia dall'acqua che contiene. Esteticamente perfetta, unico appunto da fare, attenzione alla zip sul collo, non si rompe ma diverse volte e difficile da tirare su.
