DO NOT expect to receive everything this picture shows! It is deceiving.
UPDATE AS OF JULY 25th, 2019.Neither Amazon or Shed Town USA have tried to reach out to contact me about this issue. But, hey, they got their money out of me. Why would they want to reach out to an unsatisfied customer?——————————————————————Be aware that you will NOT receive everything reflected in this picture. This product requires someone with strong building skills, like an experienced DIYer, handyman or contractor. This is not a product for the novice or unskilled. Had I known this from what the description stated, I would have never purchased it, and would have opted for a plastic snap together unit that could go up in a matter of hours, rather than days. Although, the description notes side windows and octagon window are sold separately, there is no purchase reference to the decorative cupola on the roof. You do not receive wood materials or nails for the floor. You do not receive underlayment for the roof. You do not receive roof shingles as pictured. But, the description does mention certain materials are to be purchased by the customer. The bigger problem was the fact that my particular order was missing the entire back siding panels, some sheathing for the roof. Since I was already having renovations going on to my house, I had to pay my GC for a few of his men to set aside time to build this. An additional $2,250 of materials and labor on top of the $2,997 that I paid for this kit. Who in the f*#% pays $5,250 for a dayum shed??!!!!My GC and I contacted the manufacturer, Reynolds Building Systems, to see if they would at least refund the missing materials and labor. They would only refund $309.58, and said I would need to contact the seller, Shed Town USA. I am waiting for their response. I do hope they are willing to rectify this.

Everything definitely NOT included
This provides a lot of space, and the design is attractive. The flooring system, however, was not included with the kit, nor were the roof shingles or the windows or the outside lights next to the sliding doors, nor was the cupola included. So what was actually delivered was not exactly what was pictured in the ad. Nevertheless, we were happy with the final construction. The labor and additional materials required to complete the construction itself, however, cost as much as the kit. Unless you're going to install it yourself, you should budget something in the neighborhood of $6,000 - $8,000 for this project.

Large enough to be a man cave
Is very difficult to assemble. Almost need to be a contractor! Took over fifty hours to assemble! It is almost like building a house!!!!

Looks good, seems sturdy
Just got this shed to replace the old one in the new house that we just bought. We had the contractors do it so I didn't have to actually assemble the unit. It took them about 4 or 5 days to assemble it all together. It is missing a lot of stuff that you will have to buy separately such as the flooring, shingles, and fascia. The final product seems really nice.
