I loved it! Well made and sturdy.

I thought the wood was much lighter which is why I gave it 1 star less. Overall it’s good quality and aside from the color- as described.

These are great value for the price. They are very rustic though. They’re basically planks of wood with rough ropes attached. I used large wood pegs to hang them which really completed the look. I also got the pegs on Amazon.

The only thing I didn't like about it was the finish on it. So I sanded it down and refinished it with water based polyurethane. It turned out beautifully.

These shelves are built sturdily, but they are not finished very well. Don't brush your hand too much on the surface, it's pretty rough. With that being said, you install them once and then don't touch the surface again, so who cares! I think they look great, and really helped tie my apartment living room together! Would recommend, may even get another set for my bedroom!
