Great Pizza Pan that crisps nicely
Wasn't sure how these would work but I love them! They are the perfect size for an individual pizza, a set of 4 comes in handy for utilizing all the dough if you use store-bought pizza dough and the holes at the bottom of the pan result in a beautifully crisp crust.

THE pizza pan for me
I bought one set of four to learn how to cook with this type of pan. I came from parchment paper pizza over a pizza stone. I bought another set of four to accommodate big cookouts with the family. Now I'm using these to cook pizza for venues and just bought another 20 (5 sets of 4), and have plans to buy another 40 in the near future. I've open flamed them on the grill, multiple oven uses, no failures yet, these are exactly what someone needs when cooking pizza.

Perfect size for Deep Dish Pizza in a countertop convection oven.
.The perforations allow development of a super fluffy par baked crust and the pan stays warm enough to keep the crust fluffy while adding the toppings to return to the oven to finish the bake.I used a very light olive oil coating on the pan bottom, leaving the sides dry so the dough stays in place, and the finished rested pie literally falls out of the pan ✅

Great individual pizza!
These pizza pans are just what I was looking for! The holes on the bottom allow for maximum browning, and when the pizza is cooked, the pies slide right out. While it says they can be washed in the dishwasher, I hand wash them as they also say that this is the preferred method for cleaning. And, since they the pizza slides out so easily, there is hardly, if any, real clean up to do. Some hints:*I pre-cook my dough before adding toppings. This lets the bottom get a head-start on cooking before you add the moisture of the toppings, and I find it also lets the edges get a nice crisp, too. (I build up the edges just a bit.)*While I initially cook the pizzas in the pans in the oven, I save leftovers and reheat in the air crisper. (I do this without the pan.) The air crisper brings the pizzas back to life in the best way!

Works well, no need to to prebake crust so it browns. Now to find a better GF dough that I can stretch a little more.
