Q: I just received the box and it came only with one power supply. How am I supposed to connect the other unit? Can someone explain please?

This supports Power Over Cable function so you do not need to supply power to the receiver or transmitter. You can just provide power to one of them and it will work.

Q: Will this work from a camera hdmi out to a video switcher hdmi in?

Yes that should work if you need 1080p. I found Cat7 cable works best.

Q: Does the uhd115k transmit compress the content or transmit raw digital data?

It transfers raw digital data using HDBaseT technology so there's 0 latency and no compromise in the picture quality.
