Worked well. I learned some lessons the hard way, which I've included in my review.
These worked well and seem like OEM. Only time will tell if they hold up. Installing them seems pretty straightforward. Three hours later, and I finally got it on. It is straightforward. Slip it through the cable, push it onto the transfer case. I imagine it would be much easier on a lift. I had to do it on a creeper. The issue was trying to feed my arm through next to the transfer case. There's not much room for my arm. I got it in place a few times, but didn't have the leverage I needed to push the bushing through the end of the cable. Next, I tried placing a screwdriver through the top loop to pull the bushing through. Again, not enough leverage. What finally worked was putting a few thin zip ties through the top loop of the bushing. They can't be too thick because they need to pass through the end of the cable. I pushed the zip ties through first, and then pulled them through with pliers. *** A very important tip. Put the bushing through the cable FIRST, and then slip it on the transfer case. If you put it on the transfer case first, you're almost certainly not going to be able get the cable on. I didn't want to use a lubricant due to the effects it could have on the plastic. Additionally, if the lubricant makes it easier to get it through, it would make it easier to pull out, too.

This bushing is for the linkage connection INSIDE THE CAB OF YOUR JEEP.
This bushing is for the connection between the transmission linkage cable and your gear shift selector IN THE CAB OF YOUR JEEP. If you are looking for the bushing that is for UNDER THE JEEP that connects the other end of the linkage cable to the transmission selector nipple, you need the other bushing, it is shorter and often white in color. Just FYI.

Fit our 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport
Fit both the 4x4 and automatic gear shift cables. Easy to replace and slightly better than my automotive zip tie solution. Buy extras, these things will not last forever. No fault of this company, but the design by Jeep.

repair part
can't believe jeep used plastic parts to hold the shifter linkage together. Mine broke, so I bought a set of these to replace. So far things are going great. You get 2, 1 to replace broken one, and 1 as a spare in case it happens again.

Wasted time and money
First of all let me say the design of the cable/bushing set up by jeep is a real joke! Could not get this to fit through the eyelet on the cable without trimming back the rim of the bushing. This allowed the bushing to finally fit but with still substantial force. Only problem now is the holding power on the shifter nipple/bracket is pretty weak and could be easily knocked loose.

Price
The bushing inside my jeep broke and left the transfer case in neutral. After removing the center dash, I was able to place it back in 2wd and move the jeep. I purchased the bushing at the Dodge Dealer for $15. I purchased this 2 pack, and replaced the other bushing thats is located on the transfer case. It was a tight fit, but I was able to install it. Its worked so far with no problem.

It works for Jeep JK NV241 transfer case. Look like not as the factory crispy one, hope it could last longer.
