Just fine - Worth it!
Just fine for basic drills. Surprised at good quality for low price! Excellent value! Need poly-fill stuffing in addition to item!

Decent technique alternative
I just stuffed this yesterday and practiced a few moves on it. If you're wondering how much filling to buy, I bought 20 pounds of memory foam and it seems to have filled it all the way. I maybe could have shoved another two or three pounds in this and it would be solid as a rock. Right now, it's still solid. Yes, it's annoying to stuff this, but just throw on a movie or listen to some music and it's a pretty mindless affair. What bothered me most was all of the loose threads inside the dummy that my hands keep getting caught on as I was trying to stuff it. But that's kinda me just being a baby. The canvas exterior is tough. I washed mine before stuffing and some of the iron-on wording started to peel off, which I don't really care about. I'd suggest you get this if you're looking for some extra practice on your technique. It certainly won't replicate real rounds, but it might be helpful. And this is certainly a better deal that buying one already stuffed. Take your time with the stuffing and you'll have a great new partner who didn't forget to wear deodorant that morning.

Good product.
Filling took a little time and about 6.5 lbs of fill. Happy with results. Have not passed it on to the grandkids yet, but seems durable.

Great Quality
I got this to train bjj . I bought 20 lbs of shredded foam to fill it which seems to be too much for the xl size. It holds 10 lbs pretty good but could use a bit more. It holds positions decently enough. this is a great value for the cost. I see some people having issues with ripping and i think they just over filled it.

Great buy
Exactly what we wanted. Very durable and easy to fill. Once filled it was a perfect size and weight for my kids. Good, fun practice for the money.

Okay
Fillable and good value but doesn’t work well to grapple practice in laying positions as knees don’t really move from bent up.

Wash it a couple of times first
This is the perfect size for our eight year old training in jiu-jitsu. We cut towels and clothing into thin long strips for filling. We packed it in very tight to ensure a bit of resistance. Fully stuffed, ours weighs approximatly 45lbs. However, the fabric casing bleeds and transfers color. Our hands were stained with black dye after stuffing plus the color transferred onto the carpet during practice. Needs to be washed in cold water and hung dry a couple of times before adding the fill. The arms are narrow which required the use of a thick wooden handle to properly stuff. Ultimately, it is worth the price, fun for kids and functions well for training.
