Absolutely the best! Saved my sore lumbar. I bought one for my aunt who had back pain as well. We both believe it’s saved us. Can be worn to warm the tummy and around the shoulders as well! The band acts as compression and has an extender for people of all sizes!

I have sciatica. This wraparound heating pad is made ofsoft quality fabric. It feels soothing and supportive when wrapped around your waist. Also, the Velcro has a nice strong hold. I usually put it in the microwave for one and a half minutes, wrap it on and sometimes forget I’m wearing it. The bulk of It provides a nice lumbar when sitting down. I would definitely order this again!!

When my fiancée threw her back out I got this for her and the second she put it on she started laughing with relief because it was the first thing that had made her feel better in days. Since then I’ve put one in every care package I make and send them to any friend or family member dealing with an injury, and have two in my house at all times. I like that it’s not electric, so it cools naturally before the heat becomes damaging to your body, but is very easy to re-heat in the microwave if you want to extend how long you use it. It’s very soft and stays in place on the lower back very well (I have a wider middle and the extension strap fits just as well) and can easily be adapted to wrap around my bad knee or drape over a shoulder or around the neck for relief from neck pain. I swear by this thing and really think it should be a staple in any home first aid kit.

I have used this type of pad most of my life, I"m 77, suffer from a back injury. I do like this style, it wraps around me nicely, for this review, must say I have about a 49" waist and it fits me with room to spare. It is very convenient, in that it stays in place. I did not need to use the extensio that comes with it. The material is soft and feels moist when heated. It doesn't heat nearly as hot as the pads I have purchased in the past from "Nature Creations" and it only stays hot for about 20 mins, so it doesn't retain the heat too well. Overall, I like it. I still may urchase one from Nature Creations. Also I saw a picture of a user, (6th time she'd used it she said) where the beads had burned a hole in it. I HOPE THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN.

I've been using heat wraps for decades and had many positive and negative experiences with and even had my favorites. This by far surpasses my expectations. It is super large, and the Velcro tie is really long and strong (and even comes with an extension if you need/want it). It doesn't take nearly as long to heat up as the others I've used, and the moist heat penetrates deeper and longer imaginable. I have severe chronic pain in my thoracic and lumbar spine, and this is so effective...I had to write this review which is not a regular practice for me, but I know how frustrating it is when trying to decide on what type of product to buy on Amazon with so many available. THIS is a MUST HAVE if you want immediate relief and a quality wrap! I already purchased another one for my husband who has chronic pain in his neck and back, hips, feet and hands because this will work for all those areas! Please trust me and buy this product. I haven't used the ice aspect but for heat it's amazing!!!

I bought two of these. Both of them burned and exploded in the microwave. I had them for a couple months and only microwaved them in 1 minute increments, no longer then 2 minutes total. The fabric is soft and they come with extra velcro bands if you need them bigger, but considering both exploded, i would not recommend them.

I will be using this heat pad for my early morning drives into a conference I’m attending first week of March. Because of my back arthritis and limited time for these five mornings, I needed something that would that I can heat up, wrap around me and get out the door quick. This is perfect. For comfort, it beats my old rice sock for sure. Well worth the investment.

I highly recommend this heating pad for your back pain. I'm completely satisfied and use every night.I take it with me when I travel, place it in the microwave and it's perfect. The texture of the fabric is fabulous.
