This container is big enough for a large pill.

This is very nice to have as you only deal with vitamin/pill bottles once/week. The individual openings are large enough to hold several fair-sized pills each. Happy with this purchase.

Ezy Dose Weekly 4x/Day Push Button Medtime Pill Organizer and Planner (3XL)│ Arthritis Friendly: I purchased two of these for my Mother's pills since we fill two weeks at a time. She has a lot of pills, some large some small and she takes doses 4 times a day. They all fit with room to spare. Overall organizer size is 12" long x 9.5" wide x 1.5" high, so it's pretty big (for drawers and cabinets). When removing the pills, she has difficulty (arthritis and Parkinsons) removing the pills. Occasionally, when trying to remove them, one or two will drop into the narrow channel between the noon and evening doses. We have to turn the box upside down to get them out. I usually just open the individual compartment for the dose, making sure ALL the other compartments are snapped shut, and then turn the box upside down to deposit the pills into my hand. **Just make certain you ensure ALL other compartments are snapped down and don't accidentally press one of the release buttons or you'll have pills all over.** I'm trying to locate small cups that will fit into the compartments and be easy to lift out the cup with the dose. Haven't found a source for the right size cups yet, but the small round cups for butter or coffee creamer that you get at restaurants are about right. Maybe the manufacturer can find the right cups and link them to the purchase page. Overall good product, sturdy, easy to fill, closes securely and easy to open.
