I should've read negative reviews before purchasing this... Using it primarily to weight espresso doses when portafilter is set as tare. Weight can differ by 2-4 grams when weighing the exact same dose multiple times.Avoid

I like the rubber mat on the scale and the tray to store it in. The lag is a pain, hence the 3 stars. I would look for something more responsive if using for coffee (my use).

This was to replace another very similar set of scales (externally identical but differently branded) that had died due to water ingress). Unlike its predecessor there is no irritating beep every minute when the timer is running or when you push any of the controls. On the other hand, the scale has some sort of lag and often falls behind your additions to the weight on the platform, which can be irritating when getting close to the final mass you want to weigh out.

good value for money, only downside is that it is prone to steam getting into electronics and setting going mad. once dry it works well.
