I don't think there is anyone in the UK that wouldn't have heard of Aveeno. They provide quality care products for skin and hair. I regularly use their hand cream and it's perfect.This set is great for a mum with a new born baby. It has products made for both as both need extra care in this special time after pregnancy.It comes in a nice box and the products are well presented. You get a baby body hair and body wash, a baby moisturizing lotion and a daily moisturizing lotion for mum. The larger 300ml bottles come with a handy pump. On top of that you get a baby comforter - a tissue like soft cuddle bear toy, which is a nice touch.The superb quality is undeniable. I have lots of friends who use different Aveeno products, including all of the mentioned ones. I haven't heard a single person having a negative opinion.There is one bother though and it has also been mentioned by another reviewer. The price of the set is £29, but if you purchase individual products even here on Amazon, you'll fit in a range of around £15. That is nearly double the price - for the box and a cute but very simple toy? It's definitely overpriced as a set.Altogether I don't want to give it less than 4 stars as the products are indeed very good. But it cannot be a 5 star product with this price. In the end my practical side would make me purchase double the amount of what's in each bottle. Or get a proper nice teddy bear toy...Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful.

Slightly expensive but really good as gift

My little 4 month old girl has been getting quite dry skin and I use Aveeno for my skin complaints so I trust the brand and the ingredients. As a new mum this is such a gorgeous little set and I would have been thrilled to receive it - and because my little one has been getting a bit of eczema, I thought it might help that too.Pros:• Lovely gift set for a baby shower: it's so nicely presented and would be a quality, thoughtful present. We all know how good Aveeno is too• Adult moisturiser is brilliant: a trustworthy Aveeno product, the moisturiser makes my skin feel nourished, moisturised and it smells nicely fruity/oaty• The baby body and hair wash lathers in baby's hair and also can be added to the bath for a thin film of little bubbles. It's good to wash her with a flannel• The baby moisturiser makes for a soothing baby massage. Again, it smells really fresh and natural, and the lotion makes her skin really soft all day. It also absorbs quickly so she's not sticky or slippy for too long!• Moisturiser seems to have helped eczema calm down a little bit (but it isn't a miracle worker)• Surprisingly, my girl loves the teddy comforter. Even though it's quite little for her she instantly was attached to it, cuddled it and started chewing on the armsCons:• Hasn't completely cleared up my girl's eczema, however, I see that they have a Dermexa range for babies with eczema which I'm going to try• The comforter is quite small (supervise use)So for a new or expectant parent, this is a stunning set. Aveeno is a fairly pricey brand but they do give you quite large bottles of product and use good, natural ingredients with sensitive skin in mind, so I would say it's worth it especially with the cute comforter. Highly recommended and I'm using the products every bath time now, and she still loves the teddy too: I've made it a special toy for her to snuggle when I dry her off! A great gift to spoil somebody you love and their little one.
