No this doesn't come pre-assembled, this ships out as a kit so you can customize it to your liking. We have instructions on how to assemble on our youtube page as well as the documentation included in the box.

Q: Is this unit wirecast compatible? the t bar is a feature the wirecast keyboard is missing. thanks

No sorry, Telestream developers have yet to integrate the Tbar so no this will not work with your Wirecast software. The XKE-128 for Wirecast is the only model out of the box that is compatible.

Q: Can you change the location of the T-Bar or is it hard mounted in that specific position?

Sorry the Analog controls are imbedded in the board. However you can rearrange all of the key caps and blockers.
