Smith Regulators Oxygen 249-499B and Smith 249-500 Gas for Disposable Cylinders

I love the regulators, I am ising them with the mini torch and for me work fabulous.

I love the reliability of Smith!

Unfortunately I am at a high altitude, and oxygen/propane does not work well for my brazing needs. I did not realize that you can't return these regulators, so it looks like I am stuck with them.

Great valves worth the money an excellent choice for household uses with the Little Torch.

Greetings! Terrific torch and the regulators fit perfectly. Did not give a 5-star review on account of the fact that in order to properly use the torch, one requires a plentiful source of oxygen. Without an adequate source of oxygen, the torch is basically futile. For example, a small portable cyclinder of oxygen from Benzomatic, for example, would only operate the torch for approximately 15 minutes. At $12 a tank here in New York City, it is cost prohibative. Thus, before ordering this torch along with the regulators ($300 later), please factor in the cost of the oxygen. ALL the best ....
