TweezermanLTD Stainless Steel Mini Slant Tweezer (Colors May Vary)

These are my favorite brand and model of tweezers. I misplaced my other pair which I bought at Target and ordered these and they are the real deal. Of course I found the misplaced pair a few days later, but at least I didn't have to deal with stray hairs in the mean time. The slant edge is good for gripping hairs that have just broken through the skin before they are visible. I've tried the needle shaped tip and those tend to break hairs off and are harder to find and grab hair so I prefer the slant tip. I got the pink color which I was happy with. I've had a few pairs of these and they tend to last several years and I tend to lose them before needing to replace. I believe you can send them back to Tweezerman and they will resharpen/align for life, but I usually just buy a new pair as it's easier and avoids shipping costs. I just clean the tip with an alcohol swab frequently to keep clean and free of bacteria and they look as good as new. I've tried several other brands of tweezers and always end up coming back to this brand. They are smaller than standard size tweezers and come in a case to keep them from getting bent when stored. I feel the smaller size last longer and they work and feel as good grip wise as the standard size.

Excellent tweezer. No complaints with the product itself, however, be sure to read the description completely. This was an impulse buy and I made the mistake of not reading the description, thinking what could I possibly need to known about a set of twezers. Based on the provided picture and no spot to select color option I thought I was receiving all 3 mini slant tweezers shown in the picture. To my surprise only one was shipped. So to the product description I go and see it clearly written you would receive one randomly selected color. I know it may not be right to deduct a star, as it was my own fault, but I found the image misleading. Overall, satisfied with the product just wished I had two more for when these disappear like all my other tweezers have seemed to do.

After somehow losing my last pair of tweezers on a trip, I was in need of a new pair. I came to Amazon first and saw these highly rated Tweezerman tweezers for about $12. For a pair of tweezers?! Seemed outrageous. I went to WalMart and bought a pair for about half that price and attempted to use them to remove some ingrown hairs. To what should I liken that process? Put one quarter on top of another, and try to use those as tweezers. Yeah, it was about like that. The tips of the tweezers were very poorly aligned and so did not grip.Back again to Amazon, and I ordered this pair of Tweezerman Mini Slant Tweezers. Success! The tips align so perfectly that when the tweezers are squeezed together, it is difficult to see the seam between them--the hallmark of a well machined product.Both ends of the slant tips are relatively sharp. Not needle sharp, but sharp enough so that only the most deeply buried splinter or hair would require something besides this pair of tweezers to remove.They measure just shy of 2.75 inches. If this sounds too small for you, you could go for the full length slant tweezers, which, depending on color, are anywhere from 6-10 dollars more. But I have no problems getting a thumb and two fingers on this smaller version, more than enough for any tweezer task.The lesson? I thought I had learned this one, but evidently I need to repeat it for myself: 'The cheapest tool ends up being the most expensive one.' Why? Because when it breaks or fails, you have to add the cost of the one you should have bought to start with. Start here, and this will be the last pair of tweezers you need.

It's strange to be so excited about tweezers but these are absolutely amazing. I was traveling and forgot my tweezers a few weekends ago so I bought a cheap (name brand) pair at a local drug store. They were torture to use. It took 3-4 tries to get each hair out because the ends weren't sharp or properly aligned. I have both the normal sized and mini tweezers by Tweezerman and I love them. Even though these are small, they are not hard to use, but I have relatively small hands. I ordered these to keep in my travel bag so they will go everywhere with me. The amazon price was great (MUCH cheaper than the drug store) and while these cost a little more up front, they will last forever. I have a pair I have had for at least 8 years and they still work great and I have never even sent them to be sharpened, although Tweezerman claims they will do it for free.Only "con" about buying them on Amazon is you don't get to choose your color. I got purple which is fine - I would have taken any of the three. But if you are particular about your color choice you may want to look elsewhere.Great product. Worth the investment!

This is my first pair of Tweezerman tweezers and I have to say I'm impressed. I had no idea there was that big of a difference between cheapie tweezers and something of more quality. These get down to the nitty gritty and pull those hard to grab onto nasty little brow hairs that are hard to see. Yes, they also happily grab and de-root those gnarly grandma chin hairs that unexpectedly appear overnight for no apparent reason. (Where do those come from anyway?) I took one star off simply because they are a little small. They are great for carrying in your purse and come in a handy plastic carrying tube. If I ever need another pair, I will be looking for the same brand. So far I haven't had any problem with hairs breaking off like some other reviewers have complained about.
