Like the thickness - better than duvetyn

Probably the supply chain, but this is pretty thin. Considering the alternative of nothing, it's the best damn Duvetyne I ever saw. I'll use it as if it's the real thing, but there will likely be times I ned to double it in order for it to match the opacity of actual cinematic Duv.

Good duve should not split sideways when pulling strips. I could not get more than a few feet. Basicly an entire roll was wasted

My past purchases of these rolls have been great: very little, to no light at all gets through. My most recent order came, and it is really not good at all. Light comes right through it as if it were a cotton t-shirt. Could not use it for darkroom purposes. It's ok for use as a backdrop in photo sessions requiring black background, as long as there are no reflective items behind the scene which can glitter through to the front when a flash is used. My wish: a product that retains its quality from batch to batch. Unfortunately it is not this one.
