SamsungGalaxy Buds Pro - Phantom Black

I've been using a cheapy pair of buds for a few years and Black Friday tempted me into looking for a quality pair. I looked at the Buds2, Live and these Buds Pro and with the deal they were only £24 more than the Live and they look quite a bit smaller which was attractive to me, but the thing that swayed me the most was the reviews of improved noise cancelling (2 levels) but also that they have an ambient sound mode to boost sounds around you and you can switch these modes just by touching the buds. So if you want to hear an announcement or something, you touch the buds and it boosts the external sound. They also have a talking detection mode so if you speak, they switch on the ambient sound boost so you can hold a conversation with someone and if you don't speak for 10 seconds it switches back to noise cancelling. This is really brilliant. They effectively act like a kind of hearting aid when you want them to! Plus the Pro also has improved microphone pickup so it is better for phone calls and as I run my own business, call quality is important to me. And also improved bass. Having used them for about 10 days now I am absolutely delighted with them. The sound quality and performance is superb and they are nice and small and neat and very comfortable in the ears. Just buy them. Really.

Ive had the original buds+ for a couple of years but the battery performance deteriorated so needed an upgrade.I originally bought some Technics and they were great sound quality wise but phone intergration and the size were bugging me.So after seeing these on a warehouse deal i took the punt.The smaller form are much more comfortable and battery life seems to be immense ( i dont use NC or AS) sound quality is a touch short of the Technics but not alot.A worthwhile upgrade for someone who has them in 6-8 hrs a day

Got these as a present for my husband and he loves them. Easy to pair to device, good sound, noise cancelling. Only con is that they do not feel very secure in ear

The ear buds weren't working well. If one ear bud connects the one doesn't. So I had to return the product and it was sent to Amazon UK two days ago.

buds are stylish but once I purchased found out the fit was diabolical. had to pay extra 20 pounds on top just to get a decent fit and also actualy preform noise cancellation. the bud tips that are provided don't give any noise cancellation atall ! as there just completely rubbish. The touch sensitive motion on the buds is so impossible I can change volume skip 2 tracks and activate bixby just by trying to doubble tap to skip trackit's a nightmare!.I actually don't use touch anymore as its not worth it!. I just use my watch to control the functions now but no good to anyone that doesn't have that option. However on a reli positive note once you get those better ear buds the noise cancellation is very reasonable and also I cannot knock the sound quality and bass they are bloody fantastic. such a shame samsung you reli let me down this time. only staying with these as I've tried several headphones from you and these are the best you have next to the buds 2. which I loved but had faulty sets 3 times so had to go back to pro's. come on Samsung you've never let me down until now !!

Very easy connectivity, eventhough i own a non Samsung phone. Sound quality is great. Noise cancellation is not par with industry standards but didn't buy for that. Easy touch gestures. Good battery life.
