Slick and smooth Fountain Pen.
I got the Fine Nib, it writes and feels amazing. The Pen weight is on the heavy side, and I like that. it doesn't make me feel fatigued by holding it for an extended period of time.

Purchase and enjoy.
I have 175 quality fountain pens. (I know...I'm a little compulsive.) At this price it is the LEAST expensive pen in my accumulation. Nevertheless, it is one of most enjoyable writing instruments I own. I am not normally a broad nib kind of guy (preferring medium left oblique italic. OK, maybe very compulsive.) This is the smoothest pen out of the box I have ever purchased. It writes big and bold -- just let out your passion and have a blast. Purchase and enjoy. (It ships from Germany and takes about 7 days -- it's worth it.) And get the matching E-Motion 1.1 Mechanical Pencil: also very bold and very expressive. And very inexpensive. They make a nice desk set.

Great Nib; Fingerprint Magnet
I like the pen a lot and its a great mid-range fountain pen for any collection. The nib is one of the smoothest steel nibs I have ever used. The pear wood provides a nice contrast to the stainless steel, and the size is very comfortable in big hands. However, as with most fountain pens, I think it is a bit overpriced. Once you try a gold nibbed pen there is no going back. For pens that do not have gold or some other fancy material, anything over $50 is sorta asinine. If you would rather have many pens than just one, this would definitely be a welcomed addition. Maybe find it used though.

Extra Fine is good
Perfection. The xtra fine is wonderful. It is not the finest of xtra fines I’ve used but this pen is smooth. I am a Faber Castell fan for sure. The pear wood is comfortable for my small hands. I’m sure it would be comfortable for big hands as well. I love the pen and would buy again even though it’s steep for this peasant

The e-Motion in red pearwood is a beautiful pen.
The craftsmanship and finish are first rate. The steel nib in medium is the smoothest steel nib that I have experienced. The lustre of the brightwork when polished, is dazzling. Several other versions, including the croco and stunning all black stealth version bring entirely different appearances. The pearwood versions have the benefit of developing a lovely patina overtime where your oil's and the wood's combine to create a look that is uniquely yours.

Really nice feel
Wood covering is small part of the pen but it is hefty and writes really nicely.
