We’ve been using these since we bought them for the birthday parties we’ve finally been able to have!They are fab as you can have the effect of helium balloons without the cost.I wouldn’t advise using them outside and the bases them selves have no weight to them.I also have used a glue gun to glue in the sticks as they come out quite easily but once secured I’ve had no problems with them.Would buy again however you get so many for such a little price I’m not sure I’ll ever need to rebuy.
