Found a pair of shoes I really liked. Probably rushed into purchasing them as they were on sale and didn't take into account that they were a little too big. These insoles have saved me from any further blisters and rubbing. They're also really comfy and I feel they provide support and padding for longer walks. Would recommend

Getting these to sit just right in your shoes are a little tricky because they are about the right width for women’s shoes but a bit narrow for men’s shoes, I’m size 11. I did manage to get them to fit well though & wear them everyday. A good product

Horrible experience, tried these in my snug fitting sneakers for a few days before I decided they were “safe” to slip into my work boots, in my sneakers they were fine no problem, dare I say even comfortable…Horrible experience with my work boots though. After about 20 minutes of wearing them at work I developed blisters on my heels. Horrible pain it’s been a week and I’m just now recovering.

The product does what is expected (Made me taller) but while wearing them my heels kept coming out of the back and feet slid all the time pulling my socks down to the bottom of my foot (even in boots). I like the in-soles for standing only and no distance walking or running.
