Father's Day gift -- possibly the 1st one that was truly appreciated and used more than a handful of times. Directions for assembly are a bit vague, but it came together in the end and was one of the best gifts my family has come up with ever. We've all used it and find it lovely & comfortable. Getting in isn't exactly an elegant feat; you have to straddle it and back to where you sit down and then reverse the process to get up. Probably not suited for anyone elderly or at all infirm. On the other hand, everyone who sees it in our back yard has had to try it out and most have then bought their own.

Utter and complete junk... (but I'm thankful for Amazon's returns policy. Managed to get it disassembled and shipped off, back to the seller). Either poor quality control, or a poor design, or both. The thing was a nightmare to assemble because of errors in the placement of threaded sockets in the rails for the bolts that fasten the rails to the rockers. One of the sockets was at least 1.5" out of place, which required that I cut a new hole in the sling to accommodate the bolt at its wrong location. Then, getting the seat assembly fastened and tightened on the rockers required bending a rail and crazy feats of strength to line up the wrongly-located bolt on the rail with the fastener socket on the rocker. The result was a lopsided mess (see pics), with one rail higher than the other at the head end, one rail lower at the foot end, and an ill-fitting sling. Save your money.

I love this product --how it looks, was easy to assemble. BUT I am 5.8 1/2 inches and weight 125. I can get the chair into zero gravity resting on the back rocker but only with my legs flexed up. I guess because I am too light for the chair it goes out of zero gravity when I stretch my legs out flat. Big Disappointment. I love being agt zero gravity as it helps my back pain but not with flexed legs all the time.

The chair is very comfortable! The color just like the picture. Well packed. No missing parts. It arrived in a reasonable time. My only complaint was with the instructions. As I read from other customers, the seat frame needs to be snapped together. It's little tricky to get it done. Then put a screw to hold the two parts together. Once if you figure that out, everything else makes sense. All you do is attached the seat to the the base. Great product!

Color faded fast in the sun

I bought two of these and they were super easy to put together, took about 10 minutes each. They are very comfortable, but as others have said, the pillow could be bigger or adjustable in height. My only fear is the padding on the bottom of the chair wearing out. It's soft and I feel it may rub through with repeated use. But we will cross that bridge when we get to it. The looks of the chair are so much more appealing to me then other zero gravity chairs. Sleek, modern, clean lines! Love!

ordered 2 chairs one chair did not have all parts have been trying to get parts for past two weeks. guess i will have to pack the chair and send it back. great looking son had to put one of the chairs together and it was difficult thank goodness he was somewhat of a genius

Super comfortable, awesome chairs. They rock and lay back as far as you would like. Great chairs. I had to drill a hole to get one of the screws to fit through the hole, it was just barely off but couldn't get it installed. I'm handier than most, but that might be an issue if you don't have a drill or tools. It was only 1 of 8 that didn't fit in the 2 chairs I purchased. Love these chairs. They are my go-to spot by the pool.
