Stopped working and although it said it had heat. It does not work.My original rating was confused on another foot massager my brother had. That one stopped after 2 years and he got it from Walmart.This product really is strong and if you have the need for heavy vibration on your feet and legs it will work well. My brother use to pound on his legs to stop the pain from a back issue that ran down his legs. I need you to be aware that if you have serious numbing in your feet and push on the vibration hard, you will feel relief but you will also end up with black and blue marks on your feet because my brother lacks feeling in his feet. He learned the hard way and ask me to let all the other souls know to use it carefully if you have no feeling in your feet.I apologize for the confusion as I sent it to my brother and got confused. It works!

I'm a chemist who's on my feet most of the time. Reason why l got all kinds of feet and leg problems. I spent a lot of money on different brands of ortho shoes and went to therapy but didn't help much. When my husband got sick and was in and out of the hospital, l developed sciatica from prolonged sitting for 2 and a half months before he passed away. This product somehow helped my problems. Now l can wear regular shoes at work with no issues. I strongly recommend this product to anyone who has foot problem.

Update: Seller responded to my review. First remote replacement was unsuccessful, seller said they’d send, ended up sending a power cable. Spoke with seller again, they apologized, and resent a replacement remote which came next day. Updated to 4 stars, if you have similar or any issues leave a honest review on Amazon and don’t go to the sellers website for support.Out of the box, this foot massager works. I only have two issues with this transaction. First issue is this things beeps are so freakin loud. They seriously need to have a switch to shut it off. Second issue is I purchased & received this brand new. After opening this, plugging this in, adding batteries to the remote I find out the remote(while completely new) did not work. Tried going the Amazon, which directs you to the seller. The seller info sends you to their website to open a support ticket and well that was weeks ago. I have not received any confirmation my issue is being addressed and Amazon won’t do anything about it. If you’re considering buying this I’d suggest not. If your remote and/or massager don’t work, you’ll be stuck with it as is.

My wife stands on concrete all day at her job. I bought this for her, and she loves it. She uses every day when she comes home from work.

There were several issues I encountered.The remote control (fresh new batteries installed) would work, then the next time I pushed a button. it would not. Had to take the battery compartment apart, spin both batteries, then reconnect and try again. Sometimes it worked...sometimes not.The unit on lowest power speed was even too much for my liking. I assumed the lowest speed and intensity would be a gentle massage. NOT SO. So if you seek a unit that truly has a full range of adjustable speeds and intensities, this isn't it.But the real "deal breaker" for me was the removable foot pads. Upon first opening them out of their plastic bag coverings, I was inundated with a TERRIBLE toxic rubbery chemical smell emanating from the pads, which immediately gave me a bad headache. "No problem" was my initial thought. I washed them in warm water and soap. NO difference. I soaked them in more "powerful" soapy water. NO difference, other than the fact my sink smelled like toxic rubber. I then tried to use them on the unit (with socks on, as I wasn't sure if the smell would transfer to my feet). Glad I did, because the smell now is in that pair of socks, and as of two washings later, still remains. I then soaked the pads overnight. NO difference. I then placed the fully dried pads in ziplock bags, as the smell was all over the room by now. I put the unit and the pads and the box in the top closet shelf overnight. Next day, opened the closet and immediately was blasted with that same toxic rubber smell, even though I bagged the pads. Now everything in the closet reeked of toxic rubber smell. And yes BTW, I even tried the unit without the pads altogether, but that was WAY too uncomfortable. Needless to say, the unit got returned, with that being the reason cited.I have ordered other items in the past that were China made and had this exact same toxic smell that would not go away, and cause terrible headaches and nausea if left in the same area as I was. I hope to see the day when we either start once again making our own items here where these things can be better regulated, or at the very least that things coming from China are not lethal or harmful by having stricter regulations (Toxic China Drywall immediately springs to mind as a great example of the need for this). Until then, we should all be very careful to avoid toxic products and return them, and to be sure to warn others about them until better regulations come along to keep them from even coming here to the U.S.

I was concerned about my feed. I had some toes that were starting to darken. It frightened me. They were a little sore, and I knew the circulation was not great. I searched for help. My Dr said to rub them down at night and to watch them carefully. I found this massager and started using it when it first came. It is pleasant to use, Feels like a wonderful massage. My sore toes felt a little bit of a shock sensation at first, but settled down. What was amazing to me was how the dark coloring pinked up. I feel so much better about my toes now. I feel this has helped maintain circulation. I hope this lasts! Working with sugar control, exercise and foot care- this has become part of my diabetic routine. I truly want to save my toes and feet for a life time!

Bf had it for about 2 weeks, no loud noises so far only issue the remote doesn’t work with the batteries.
