This is a great product. I have purchased both the "regular" and the "5X" concentrated versions of this product & both work really well. The regular version instructs you to take 2 TBSPs as a daily dose, whereas the 5X version instructs you to take 1 TBSP per day (both, in a glass of water). IMO the 5X version is cheaper on a monthly basis. A neighbor recommended I take this to cure the (vein) swelling I had in one ankle after a 2 1/2 month stay in hospital. By the 2nd day, the swelling went down, & by the 5th day the ankle was normal. I still take it daily 3 months later. It is good for other ailments also. BTW -- the doctors had no solution, saying it was part of getting older. No, that is not always true!

Received in good condition. Product like always …. My wife has been using for years as part of her regimen to control he BP. This and the beet Gandalf’s she uses has kept her BP down and free from BP medications. Great stuff. It is a good value for the money.

I purchased some tart cherry concentrate JUICE and it helped "a little* but not quite enough. I searched for a concentrate that was no more than 2 oz daily serving in a glass bottle. The shipping was faster than estimated. The bottle came wrapped in thick bubble wrap, placed inside a box. It was wrapped very securely, and the bottle lid was sealed. The very first night I put the recommended amount in a small glass and added about 1/2 cup water. Drank it all and sat down to relax. Within 30 min I was drowsy and yawning..I was so excited because this is not usual for me. I went right to bed and slept all night without waking up. An added bonus, my Achilles tendon and knee was not aching or swollen. I am very impressed. It has helped me sleep excellent every night since I got it. My spouse noticed I was more rested and took it also. 1st night was the best sleep they've had in a long time. Also hoping this will continue to decrease inflammation from arthritis issues and minor injuries to knees and joints. The taste is definitely tart cherry but not overwhelming. It is thick like syrup and deep dark red. One bottle should last 3 weeks, but that's 2 of us taking it daily. One person it should last a month plus. This is a wonder supplement to me and we will continue to take every night, and will update on further benefits.

A friend told me this helps muscles recover from exercise, and it seems to work. I take my nighttime pills with it, and I do have less soreness the next day after high exercise. I don’t think it’s a placebo effect. It also helps me sleep through the night without waking at 2 - 3 am with insomnia. So I recommend trying it.

This tart cherry concentrate is very yummy, I love it.

Tastes great, and no gout for 8 years! I use a tablespoon of the Tart Cherry 5X in a glass of water every morning. it tastes really good, and I have not suffered gout effects in 8 years!
