Does what it says on the Tin Worth every penny

My personal trainer recommended this item to help me with a certain excise and it works wonders especially with stretching my knee. I would definitely recommend the product.

Good long robust item. Only issue is the loop at the end just about goes over my foot and I'm 6ft 2 and have size 11 feet.

The strap is very easy to use and extremely strong.You will not be disappointed.

As I’ve been really pushing it in the gym recently wanted to add more stretching to my routine, the straps make it really easy not only to do the stretches but more importantly be able to adjust the tension as you become more flexible.Brilliant effective and amazing value for money

I have recently bought this product, and the booklet was important to me in order to learn how to do the exercises.To my surprise, the product came with a booklet in German instead of English. There was no warning anywhere stating this, an because I don't speak German it makes it useless :(If this is also important to you, be advised.

Dieses Band ist mega ... ich habe schwache Sehnen und Bänder ... ich kann meine Übungen mit dem Bahn sowie denen so perfekt im eigenen pensum machen. Es ist leicht und liegt gut in der Hand.Kann es nur empfehlen ☺️

It is not stretchable rather made like a rope with loops. It is not suitable for resistance training.
