Perfect replacement hardware for original

We had a bolt shear off on one of our older version IKEA Poang chairs (circa 2010-ish). Apparently, from scouring the internet, they've since redesigned the chair and no longer have these bolts as replacement parts. Further searching came up with this as the size of the bolt needed! The bolt in question was the top bolt in the picture, it attaches the seat bottom to the frame. As you can see, it's not an exact match -- because it's a slightly smaller diameter head -- but it works perfectly! Best part is, we don't need to replace our chair, sending it to a landfill -- and have spares in case the other bolts suffer the same fate.

I would have given the bed bolts a 5 star rating if the bolts had a taper on the threaded end. Without a taper on the end the bolts are very hard to get them threaded into the “can” nut. I ground a taper on the threaded ends of the bolts and they easily lined up with the “can” nuts so they could be threaded together. If you have never used bed bolts before, you are on your own to figure how to drill your parts, ONCE AGAIN A PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.

We removed the mirror on my wife's makeup desk when we moved recently. When we tried to put it back together, the hex socket cap bolts and barrel nuts were missing. These Mardatt M6 x 35mm bolts and nuts were the perfect replacement and they are very high quality. The mirror mounted solid and is held firmly in place. I would recommend these for any hex socket cap bolt and barrel nut replacement, and they come in a multitude of sizes.

I lost the original screw bolt set for the bed frame, bought this one set as replacement! It worked out well for my bed. And the full size set just super helpful saved time for me during the installation! Would recommend to anybody whose looking to assemble their bed frame with missing fixtures!

Sadly, 1 of the 12 bolts came with no threads on it. Not sure what to expect for sub $10 though.

I guess they would work if I know what size I needed. I looked everywhere . The ones I bought were not the size I needed. Not your fault at least you almost had what I needed.

On examination, shortly after arrival, I found nuts and bolts in sections mixed-up and not conducive with the internal label which outlined the tray/compartment designations. Next, could not find the hex key. It was not supplied as mentioned in the description. Finally the internal label cannot, in one instance, distinguish between a nut and a bolt. Whoever was responsible for Quality Control on this item, needs retraining.
