Advent Cassette | 9 Speed | 11-46T | ED Black | Hardened Steel Cogs

I previously had the 42t cassette and it was great! No complaints, just wanted more teeth for better climbs, so I purchased this 46t 9S Cassette and it has not disappointed. Easy to install, and looks great on the bike. Cassettes lasts a long while too so long as you buy a KMC or better quality chain and care for it properly. Once I swapped, there wasn’t hardly any tuning that had to be done!!! I was shocked. Very easily swapped if your bike previously had the 42t Microshift cassette. I will be buying these as replacements for seasons to come, since I have these on three bikes and they’re affordable which is the best part.

The Microshift Advent 9 speed cassette is solid. Easy to install on a standard HG hub and shifts smoothly. Has held up great after many hard mountain bike rides. No complaints and a great price.

I converted my entry level hard tail from a 3x7 to a 1x9 with all Microshift components (shifter, derailleur, and cassette). I couldn't justify the costs of a more expensive system and I was happy to find this as an alternative. After a full summer of use including xc and Enduro racing in the rain and mud the drive train continues to perform very well, the shifts are crisp and quick especially compared to my old entry level Shimano set up. Definitely a solid solution if you're in the market for an inexpensive but reliable upgrade.

Purchased as part of a set with derailleur, shifter, and cassette. Great parts, easy to install and excellent performance at a really good price. 9spd chain is necessary for best result.

A good cassette for the price point. It won’t beat out any of the high end parts, but it does its job at a great price. I used it on an older bike that I stripped down and rebuilt.

Really smooth and terrific action when paired with Advent derauleur and shifter. Problem I am having is the fourth smallest cog seems to wear out well before all the rest of the cogs. Gear sharktooths and chain starts skipping, but only on the 4th. This has happened twice now. Will try 1 more but it's very odd

Put it on my rockhopper when I upgraded my derailleur. My microshift derailleur is maxed out at 42 teeth, which isn’t a lot, but it’s much simpler than the 2x system the bike came with.

This item was a return. Opened package and could tell it was installed and removed.

Pour moi et mon petit niveau, mieux étagée que la cassette 11-42 T microshift d'origine. Avec dérailleur microshift advent 9 vitesses d'origine , pas eu besoin de changer la longueur de chaîne. Il y a pas mal de dénivelé dans ma région, j'étais vite à l'agonie en montée, ça va mieux avec cette cassette, j'ai l'impression d'avoir une vitesse de plus qu'auparavant... vraiment bien ! Seuls les trois gros pignons sont différents de la cassette 11-42T d'origine , les montées se font plus faciles.Facile à changer en plus avec l'outil adéquat.
