Definitely helps with Morton neuroma pain. Not a cure by any means, but I’ll take any help I can get.

I bought this because someone told me it might shrink my thyroid nodules, so for 3 weeks before my ultrasound I took it. I dont know if it helped that, they werent bigger. but this literally saved me!!! My phlegm had been choking me. Numerous times to the doctor. Dr just told me to drink more water. Run a humidifier, take alergy meds, nothing was helping, my ears were plugged! I was gagging on it. In my quest to fix one problem, I found a miracle for my other one, all of a sudden my phlem was thinner and my ears cleared, I could breathe!!!!! and I can hear!!! GLORY!!! I take it as directed, works great for this anyway! Wish there were more studies on it though!

I started taking this brand of Serrapeptase about 1-month ago; I was taking one at night before I went to bed; one in the middle of the night and one in the morning since I had read that you should not take with food, although the bottle says differently. I noticed within a day that I could breath easier; it was definitely thinning out my mucus and it felt like it was opening my lungs and my sense of smell improved slightly; I also felt increased blood flow in my brain/body and I felt more alert in the morning; however, the increased blood flow in my brain started keeping me up at night and after 1-week; I got a major migraine, which I think was due to the increased blood flow; enlargement of the blood vessels in my brain; it felt like a caffeine withdrawal headache; but my doctor said it was a vascular headache; I quit taking it immediately because I freaked out, but then my sinus issues returned, so I started to just take one pill of 40,000 SPU in the morning and decided to do this for one week before I try to increase to 80,000 SPU; I'm hoping my body does better with 80,000 SPU; that said, I have noticed more signs of constipation and am therefore taking metamucil and miralax to help; I've also noticed more signs of dehydration so I think you need to up your water intake; I bought this brand because it is manufactured in the US; I'm not sure how it compares to Doctors Best. It is also probably important to note that I take a lot of other herbal supplements such as Turmeric twice a day and I did read somewhere that I shouldn't take Turmeric with the Serrapeptase? I'm not sure if that is what caused the headache? I will report back on the results of my 80,000 SPU trial.

I saw Dr. Berg talk about this. You must take on an empty stomach and it works on dissolving dead fiberous tissue. So if you eat a steak and take it, it will work on the steak. I didn't want fibroid tumors but my doctor told me not to worry about them but I did worry. I took two capsules in the morning about 3 or 4 times a week and would eat in the evening. I am Ketogenic and eat one meal a day. After about two weeks my tumors were gone. I also think some scars I have look lightened and my joints feel better. I noticed no side effects. I don't take everyday as I have them in my desk drawer at work so I take 3 or 4 times a week. Now I take one capsule in the morning 3 or 4 times a week on an empty stomach for maintenance.

I have tried this enzime about 3 years ago (different brand. I suffered terrible side effect- vomiting. I had to stop). After watching Dr. Berg's youtube video I have decided to give it another try and purchased Sunergetic brand. Started taking 1 capsule a day every other day for a week, increased the dose to 1 each day, up to 4 a day (week 3). I take it on an empty stomach, usually early in the morning. My sinus problem is gone after 4 weeks. My thick, necrotic, and very painful scars from breast cancer surgery are melted away after 3 months of taking Serrapeptase Enzyme Supplement by Sunergetic. I am so happy with the results! Thank you for making this great supplement, it improved quality of my life greatly. ♡♡♡

From the many reviews about the product, SerraPeptase, I was hoping for some relief of pain in my joints, especially my knees, and according to one reviewer, a noticeable head-clearing effect. However, taking SerraPeptase on an empty stomach produced more knee pains than previously. As to sinus relief, I think there was some beneficial effect. I seem to have less postnasal dripping and coughing since taking the product. When I shifted to ingesting SerraPeptase after eating, the pains in my knees attributed to the product, diminished noticeably and I still had some of the sinus benefits.

I have been using this for almost a year and I love it! It works within minutes and doesn’t leave you sleepy or feeling drugged. The one drawback to it is that you need to take it about i hour after or before eating or you will have to go potty rather quickly. It’s not only good for sinus and allergy issues but it is ver good for your overall health. Highly recommend. And this is a very good brand, I tried another that was recommended that was cheaper…. This is the best!

Good news and bad news. Bad news was that I bought it for a developing trigger finger because I heard a YouTube chiropractor say serrapetase works like little pac men eating away at the inflammation. Took it for almost a year and even with hand exercises as well, it didn’t help my trigger finger a bit. (BTW fellow trigger finger sufferers, a month ago it got so bad I had to use the other hand to straighten that finger, so I went to a GP who shot a steroid into that spot where I guess there’s a bump that catches at the sheath. He also prescribed an exercise of picking up and dropping handfuls of rice. So far, after a month, my hand is as good as new.). The good news about this product and why I gave it 5 stars is that out of the blue about a week after taking i, I noticed I’m not waking up with stiff achy shoulder joints. I often sleep with my arms over my head, so I attributed it to that and that I was 59 because I did not have it before."0 Then I connected dots that it was probably the serrapetase. In fact, after a few months of painless shoulders in the morning I stopped taking serrapeptase and sure enough in a few weeks the stiffness came back, then went away when I went back on it. That’s why I take it regularly now. I bought this brand for its price and good reviews.
