These "socks" have different freezable pads that you can have in them or not so that they address wherever your feet need icing. I like these for cooling my feet, which get hot and have a burning sensation after I exercise or just when it's hot outside. I don't walk in them and I don't think that is the intention. I just take them from the freezer, put them on and put my feet up for a bit. I think there is a limit in how long you should ice your feet so check that out and be mindful :-)

This is my 2nd pregnancy and the 3rd trimester this has been a game changer. Helps with the swelling so much. Comes with ice pack you can also microwave the packs as well. The socks are like a spandex/nylon material but comfy. Ordered a size xl I believe normally a size 8.

These are absolutely the best thing ever. I have neuropathy and put these on at bed time and it allows my feet to calm down so I can sleep. I highly recommend these. Well worth the money

Despite freezing for the two hours required, these warmed up after about 10-15 minutes. Wish I could return.

Pain from arthritis

After following instructions for use, place ice packs in freezer for 2 hours prior to use, the ice therapy suppose to last 20 min, sock fits well (don't walk in them)comfort is nice. Treatment lasts 5 to 8 minutes top. That's not long enough for any treatment to have satisfying affects. Would not recommend having to return them, it's been two weeks that I sent them back and still I have not gotten my money back.

Easy to use! Ice packs fit in well and you can use any combination of 1-3 ice packs.

Fits nice and snug just like a sock. I'm using for chemo.
