Every now and then a slightly substandard product makes it's way out of a plant that normally does a great job with quality control. The first fryer we got wouldn't hold temperature beyond 360 degrees. If you don't do a lot of frying that might not sound like a big deal. But, what it means is limp fries and greasy doughnuts. Bummer!We tried living with this and kept the fryer for a few days past the Amazon return window. As it turns out, that wasn't a big deal because the manufacture stands by their warranty. Amazon sent me to a page I could write them and they sent a new fryer here no questions asked. What's more, I got that replacement in a few days. It came more quickly than the original order!The replacement holds 376 degrees, a few degrees hotter than promised. We made doughnuts this morning with it and we couldn't be happier. Bottom line: This manufacture STANDS BY THEIR PRODUCTS! You can trust that you'll get a good fryer, or they will make it right! I don't know what more you could ask for!

This fryer is a reliable, easy to use and clean item. It doesn't take up much room in my kitchen. Very happy with the purchase.

We got this fryer in Jan. 2023, used it one time and it worked beautifully. Just took it out of the box again to fry shrimp for Father’s Day. It did not work at all!!!! I am well outside of returns at 6 months later, however, some kind of help should be offered to me.Mona Romero

Easy to use, just fill and plug it in. Cooks perfect and temperature hold well with its size. There is only 2 of us and it’s is on our back patio to keep the grease smell (any fryer) out of the house.

A got this deep fryer to replace a smaller one that I had which was getting old. This deep fryer makes a decent amount of food for two people. I like frying in smaller batches so that the food is fresher. The other deep fryer that I had was nice but it only cooked a really small amount of food and it was a pain in the neck to clean. This new deep fryer makes the perfect amount of food for my boyfriend and I to enjoy fresh delicious food. I still cook in batches but it is nice to have a decent helping of food to eat before I cook the next batch. the food that I cook comes out really tasty. This deep fryer is also easy to clean.

I was a little worried that this was going to be one of those product flops and be tiny. Based on the pictures, it was hard to tell. It actually is a really decent size! My teen cut up 3 good sized potatoes into fries and they are fit perfectly! The directions are. ..... conflicting. In one spot it says not to put the lid on while cooking, then another place says it's fine. I'm trying to convince him that it's okay. 😁

I like that it heats quickly and it easy to clean.The operating instruction could be more clear

I plugged it in before to test, it worked..few days later I put oil then plug it it didn't light up, I tried all the power outlet in the house it doesn't work....I'm so furious
