Amazing, powerful and fast laptop with everything I need for powerful video editing in 4K. Super bright screen, very nice speakers and quick. Very happy!

I have had very good experience with Dell laptops after I started using them in 2022 and so decided to go for a good one and purchased this with Core i9 processor, 32 gb of ram. Extremely disappointed with the following: 1. Network adaptor - Very bad. My older Dell catches the wifi signal while this one does not sitting in the same spot. Not even close. 2. Not sure why but Dell did NOT label any of the externam ports for charging, etc. and a bunch of them look the same. Took some time to figure out which one is for charging. 3. Not even the power button is labeled and was a panick mode trying to find it because I had to shut the laptop down as it was overheating after Clock Watchdog Timeout error crash. Had to google it. 4. Packaging was horrible for such an expensive laptop and they could have at least included a diagram of the external ports such as charging port, etc. 5. Trackpad way too big and there's not much space to put your palm anywhere as we are all used. 6. 2 Errors keep crashing the laptop - CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT Error & IRQL LESS OR NOT EQUAL error. Guys, AT LEAST label the external ports and the power button and please please please at least include a simple 1 page diagram in the packaging.

The design is very cool. The aluminum and carbon fibre finishing is awesome. Laptop performance is perfect. I hate the camera tho it’s awful!

Have bought this high performing and durable beast for my wife. Works perfect, looks perfect. I also recomend Dell XPS if you are looking for durability - these toys normally last for a few years without any problems (we used to have similar ones at my previous work - all worked well for 10+ people). Please note - there is typo in specs - the weight is around ~2kg (not 4 as the description says).

I bought this because a lot of independent reviews said it was a good choice for Photo Editing which is what I do the most- BUT please beware if you are using remotely have a power source with you. The battery life is awful. With a full charge and editing photos or watching YouTube the battery goes after about 4 hours!! The other major issue I have had is the wifi. Now this could be that I was unlucky to get a bad version/batch but it just does not hold my wifi for more then 10-15mins before I lose signal. I have other lap tops and tablets as well as my phone using the safe Wifi router and there is no issues but with this laptop the constant drop in single is very frustrating. As yet I have not been able to find out why this is happening but I know its not my wifi signal or provider. Its either this Dell lepton has a wifi issue or Windows 11 has an issue. If anyone else is having problems getting wifi with this laptop please let me know!
