Exactly as described. Super insulating sheets.
These are classic mylar sheets ("space blankets"), large, tough, extremely good at reflecting (or retaining) heat. $10 for 6 is a great deal. I'm using one for insulating a portable AC hose, the others can go in my emergency preparedness kit, maybe one in the car just in case.

Very thin but works for what I am using it for.
This is less than paper thin and barely any weight to it which is perfect for my craft project. I am not using it as most folks. I am making specialty designed paper crafts so this light weight is awesome. The sheets are very large and I will have plenty of product to use. RE: window covering… This is a large size - see details as described- and can fit on garage windows or others to block sunlight. Not sure how I would get out the folded marks it has as the way it is packed but I am guessing you can use window “glue” to adhere to window and that will get rid of fold lines. Looks like it would help reduce sunlight and heat inside because of the material here. Read seller’s descriptions. I am happy with my purchase. But, read what seller wrote in detail so it works how you think it will work for you. Again, I read details and for me and the price this is perfect. Thank you

Tear easily but do reflect light well
We purchased these to reflect the grow lights for our plants. They reflect very well, but tear easily. I can see where using them as an emergency blanket would be very beneficial, so we added them to our emergency kits. Great size.

Used on a DIY project, not what they were intended for
I had no intention of using these as a blanket. I bought them because I wanted to make a highly reflective surface around a wire shelving unit where I have hydroponic lettuce growing. I know I can just go out and guy a grow tent that has its own shiny internal lining, but I didn't want to. I wanted to use my existing wire shelf rack with a removable siding. So I purchase these because they were very large and wouldn't require me to piece many of them together sloppily. So I gook an old box from a TV I had sitting around and some spray adhesive and simply cut my box into pieces (2 pieces for front and back, 2 pieces for sides, and 1 piece for top). I taped it together around the rack and cut holes where I needed them for cables and to hold fans. Worked perfectly! Now I'm taking advantage of all the reflected light from my grow lights and have a fully removable, modifiable, and light-weight housing for my shelf. I even have a removable front-piece held in place with magnets for when I want to remove just that part. So instead of a $50+ grow tent I have a 3$ one that does the same thing. Now I'm going to go and grab myself a $47 steak because I earned it :) I know some people would have said "why not just use aluminum foil". I'll tell you why not. A) More Expensive B) I would have had to do it in strips C) Harder to deal with, mylar is SIMPLE D) MOST IMPORTANT: Aluminum foil is conductive to electricity, Mylar is not E) Tears easily and wrinkles, mylar stays pretty flat and even

Useful Mylar film
This Mylar film seems large, durable and could be of use for a number of things. I’ve not had a chance to do anything with it yet, but I read that I could make cat warming pads with Mylar and flannel material. I’m going to give it a try. I also thought it may come in handy on a hiking trip. Priced well. Arrived quickly. Happy with purchase.

They are ok
These are a decent product. Very reflective and big. The quality is poor, though. Rips very easy.

Keep the heat where you want it!
These are not the thickest, but the price is right! I put one of these between two cheap tarps and covered my well with it. This is enough to prevent my well from freezing in the winter. I have cut pieces to put under warmer pads to keep the heat going to the container and not into whatever it is sitting on. I am very happy with the quality, especially when combined with a tarp. I don’t want to pay for Mylar that is thick enough to wrap my well in! Protecting the Mylar with a tarp is so simple and cost effective. For my large seedling mat, I have plain Mylar under it. For some of my smaller mats I have put cardboard under the Mylar to help keep it from getting torn up.
