Grapeseed is good for you
I eat a lot of salad & I try not to eat it with a lot of dressing so this is great with vinaigrette. It makes the salad nice and lite.

I love this grape seed oil spray. . It is tasteless and wonderful on salads. The spray bottle makes it easy to just spray on salads and pans. It is excellent as a non-stick helper in the crock pot. Just spray a little around the inside of the pot before adding food. cleanup is much easier.
