This short is design to fit your waist line comfortably. It expands to fit the contour of your belly. It has zipper pockets which is a plus. I was able to store my ID, membership cards, key to my locker, and earbud Ipod while working out. It also makes me look tone and it is very comfortable to wear around the house as well. I highly recommend you should get one and try it for yourself. What have you got to lose, if you don't like it, you can return it. But I know you will like it because I do. Ordered them in hopes they would be softer and more absorbent than standard shorts I have. They are! (I ordered up one size from normal and they fit perfectly.

Normally wear a size 30 in pants/shorts and ordered a large and they fit great! Nice and comfortable! Surprised by the material its really nice.. A little thicker than im used to for the gym but nonetheless great shorts. Gunna order 1 or 2 more in other colors! Above the knee on me and im 5'9. Makes me ass look great! Lol
