There are several keto recipes that call for egg whites and cream of tartar. Great price on a large bag.

So far so good. I bought it to make an adrenal tonic mixed with sea salt, cot and lemon or lime juice first thing in the morning. Seems to be working. I told my mom to buy it to help with UTI’s and she says she feels great and she also noticed she is sleeping better through the night.
