I was sceptical about another body reset diet book. But to my surprise it is totally different, you can drink coffee, and everybody knows you need to start your day with coffee and water. Very easy to read and follow recipes. I am so happy that I purchased this product. I would recommend it

This is a game changer in the diet world! If you read this book and apply what Harley says to do you will feel amazing and it will show!! I have followed this eating plan for 1 month now and I have NEVER felt so good! I used to suffer from food bloating & cramping daily. Constantly feeling sluggish & tired. With this healthy eating plan I am loosing the lbs fast and I have more energy than I have had in years. The recipes do not disappoint. They are packed with plenty of flavor & leave you feeling satisfied & not still hungry. I went from eating 3 times a day to 5 times a day every 2-3 hours. In the first 15 days I lost 9 lbs and in a month a total of 13 lbs. My beginning weight was 156 & I am 50 years old. I walk & run 5-8 miles a day EVERYDay!! (12,000 steps) I have always been a runner but I allowed myself to get lazy & now I'm back at it! I feel amazing!! If you quit being lazy and make these changes you will see results & feel so much better. I am so thankful I found Harley's books!

I have probably done all the popular diets that are out there. Atkins, keto, vegan, lemonade diet, weight watchers, calorie counting… you name it, I’ve done it. Even though they worked at making me lose weight quickly, none of them have been sustainable long term. I would either get tired of them or it became a nuisance having to track everything. The body reset diet has been a game changer for me. It’s easy, the science checks out, and it has enough variety to keep me satisfied. I’m barely hungry, and I get to keep my social life twice a week now that I am past my two week starting phase. I love the exercises, and if I don’t have time to walk my 10,000 steps during the day, I get on my stationary bike in the evening and pedal for an hour. Tomorrow will be 5 weeks since I have started, and I have lost 10 pounds. I am 5’2 and 120 lbs now. I feel amazing!
