I was very skeptical, but I love the taste and I really believe that it gives me more energy through my day and helps me sleep better

I love this product!! I have been using it for years and everyone tells me I am aging backwards. I have better energy, skin, and hair when I take it. The only negative is it is getting harder to find the powder. I prefer this to the tablets since I take so many vitamins already. The flavor is good so I hope they keep making it in this form.

I really wanted to like this product. I bought the dissolvable packet instead of the capsules in the hopes that it would satisfy the urge to drink something in the morning while fasting. This does not contain caffeine so if you think it can replace your morning coffee, you'll be disappointed. I was super sleepy in a morning meeting. The fruit punch tasted fine, but the artificial hot pink coloring just reminded me that I was drinking a carcinogen more than anything else. Half way through the packets I couldn't justify drinking the neon anymore. I felt like I was being more unhealthy than healthy. Not sure why added color is so important to prove its fruit punch flavor. The 2hrs before and 2 hrs after with no food, coffee, anything except water is tough to calculate morning and midday. I wish I bought the capsules and could just take them before bed, that's probably the easiest way to take this product. If you're a regular person that eats well, moves, and has no specific need for this I think you can whole-heartedly skip it. Any perceived health benefits are probably a placebo effect. Any weight loss is probably due to the 4hr fasting while taking the product. Save your $$

I have used Serovital for several years. I have stopped it a few times and things definitely looked like they were going south so I went back to it. I am definitely a senior now and I look older than I remember my father when I was a kid. But people think I am twenty years younger. Yes I take a lot of supplements and I do the research to find the best and knit together how they support each other in my body. I am also trim and slender. That helps a lot appearance wise and I do things most people my age gave up decades ago. Is Serovital all they take credit for? I doubt it but you must understand there is no way for me to know without a doubt if it works or doesn't since I would need a clone as a control group to compare a with and without. It is my belief this works regardless of my inability to prove it. I take it about 3 am every morning as that's when I wake up (oh brother... and for decades too! ) and they want it at least 2 hours after last meal and 2 hours before the next meal. This works for me. I don't get a redo in this life, that I know about, and I'm not sure I would want to do it again. So I am making the best of what I have. This, I firmly believe, is making a real difference in how I feel and how I look. You can only do the best you can and hope for the best life you can with what we can manage to influence it with. Go for it, why not? You can only win by getting off the bench and into the game.

I am nearing the end of my first month and I’m happy to say that I am feeling better. From the reviews that I had read, I expected it to taste awful but I put it in a short glass with my 6 ounces of water and stir it with a spoon and drink it down, and it taste quite good. I will look get back to you at the end of my second month and let you know how things are going but so far so good.

I don’t see any results yet. I’ll keep it up for another month

After 3 months of using this product my energy level is much improved I’m sleeping better as well.
