I think they consider the blades that come with it as the free blades cause I registered and never received any extra

Q: As a woman, I’m to figure out how to get rid of all these razors! Is a straight similar to a razor that is made for shaping eyebrows? Is this good?

The razors for shaping eyebrows have a guard and these blades don't have a guard, with a little technique you might be able to master it. Another option is a Merkur safety razor designed for eye brows, you can look it up I think that would be a better option IMHO.

No this does not take DE blades. It takes the long feather artist club blades.

Q: How do you insert the blade??

There are two parts, the handle/the black plastic part, the blade/shiny part. One side of the blade part there are two pieces. With your thumb push the two piece part away from the handle it separates into two parts. The part still attached to the handle has two nubs that correspond to notches in the razor blades. Place the blade in those nubs - notches into nubs, edge of blade should should extend past metal part of blade. Take free piece Match to larger part. There is a metal spring, length of metal, press two pieces together and slide toward handle until they mate/remate. Inspect two blade pieces look for spring steel and two metal studs. Match pieces, press together, then slide. There might be “YouTube video “ showing this Hard to explain in words.
