Attach what?? Attaching the Anderson Power Poles?? Not sure of your question.

Any advice or videos on how to use this? I have never had one before.

There is really no explanation needed for use. You connect your power source into the input and then can split that power off to multiple DC powered devices each with their own fused connection.

I have reverse apps. that is: 5 channel inputs each voltage is 12--16 vdc. all channels are connected giving 1 single ouput. does this fit my need?

The fuses will provide current protection if a short circuit occurred "on the other side" so to speak but I would want fuses close to each of your voltage sources in case the wiring between them and this got damaged. Also this beeps when the supply voltage is low. I don't remember if it has a high voltage alarm but I trigger the low voltage fairly often. I doubt this feature will perform well if used the way you described. You might consider devices with "isolator" or "combiner" in their names.

Will removing all power silence the buzzer, eg a battery cutoff switch? i do not want to disable alarm.

The buzzer is powered by the input current, there's no battery. Works well when current draw is too great (but not an actual short) and sounds for a moment every few seconds. The green indicator LED is lit when power is on and all is well which is very helpful.
