Amazingly, I survived an assassination attempt by the Pharmaceutical Cartel a few years ago. My conventional medical doctor (at the time) called it the "nuclear bomb of antibiotics". I cannot give all of the credit for my good health to this black seed oil but it has been a key player in my recovery. So here is my advice:1. Really, really good quality, pleasant tasting, easily digested and effective for increased wellbeing. I’ve been taking this oil almost daily - a tablespoon am/pm, for a couple of months now, because I found it does have a discernible positive effective on my health mood. This was (very) surprising, as my body doesn’t seem to assimilate most of the healthy oil supplements, no matter the high grade brand. However, after seeing and feeling a substantial difference while taking krill oil, I decided to stretch out and try black seed oil which has been touted to have numerous benefits across the spectrum. I chose the Perfect Press brand and Zongle to try. The latter is good, but I just didn’t care for its oily aftertaste, nor the dispenser, and honestly didn’t feel the same effectiveness as I did within days of taking the Perfect Press BSO. In contrast, I found the Perfect Press is far nicer and easier to digest. It’s flavorful (it tastes lightly rich and slightly nutty, is much less oily than expected and you can see the deep coloring). I chose each on the strength of their own pages, and the customer reviews. Initially, my expectations were low, and I was expecting simply to have another nice salad dressing oil to use in place of olive oil. What I found was that the Perfect Press brand caused enough of a positive effect on my health/wellbeing...that I’ve been reordering. Shaking the bottle easily mixes the oil and the rich, flavorful, black seed sediment. Its easy to swallow, with an initial very light and warming spicy light peppery flavor - no gag reflex, and interestingly no lingering or oily aftertaste after the initial swallow. Settles super easily on my stomach - I usually forget I’ve taken it within minutes! Also, I did follow directions I’d read elsewhere suggesting taking a few drops, on my back of my hand, and applying it to your pinkie gently rubbing the oil inside my nose (the things we do for health lol!), in the hopes that it would help my allergies. Interestingly, it did, and does alleviate my allergies and sinus headaches somewhat. I’ve also used it on my face - just a few drops massaged into the skin, and it absorbs easily and is akin to any nice facial oil. Pleasingly designed bottle that looks good in the kitchen and makes me further enjoy taking it. Cap fits and seals nicely, and bottle arrives packaged well. Really happy have this quality.

So, I am going to constantly update this review. So far so good. I've been taking 1 tspn everyday for the last 4 days since I got this and I have noticed my body has been cleansing itself more than usual despite my normal eating habits which I'm extremely happy about since that's exactly what I bought this for. I have stopped taking other herbs, just to focus in on the effects of this oil and see how my body responds to it and I love it so far. Between this and El Captain, I'll see which is the better brand. Keep you posted!

Top notch oil. Even the packaging is high quality. There’s another famous brand of black seed oil that can be purchased in almost every health food store and it’s the first one that pops up on Amazon. DON’T buy it. GET THIS PERFECT PRESS INSTEAD. that other oil tastes like kerosene and there’s no trace of BLACK seed it’s more like ‘golden’ seed. This one is great quality and tastes so much better. You can actually feel The difference as soon as you take it. I’ve done a lot of research but you can never tell who you can trust in the supplement world. All of my research has finally paid off. I’m so grateful 🙌🏽. You will be too.
