The size of the bike doesn't matter. It's the circumference of your chainstay. 70-100mm = small--100-125 mm = medium -- 125-140 mm = large.

It does taper and it’s also pretty stretchy as you may expect. The Velcro section is also pretty wide so you could engage only part of it if you needed a larger diameter. I think it’d work for you.
