Great Vitamin choice! I also use the same company for vitamine C. My son who is very picky can easily chew this pill and it is small and tastes good. Keeps him healthy. We use it during the winter months when he doesn’t get outside as much and have now extended it through Covid-19. Thank you for not raising you prices during this time when so many people are out of work, it is very much appreciated!!!

Taste is good, they smell like cotton candy! I suggest that if you live in a state you're not getting much sun, like me, Maine, and esp being a woman, a vitamin D supplement is a good idea. Just don't take way more than your MD suggests. D is a fat soluble vitamin, it'll store in your body, you will not pass excess via urine. Like a water soluble vitamin like C. Fat soluble vitamins can build up and become toxic. Be safe

I ordered a vanilla flavor one but my Child didn't like it. After I found this one and my Child loves it. It really has a good taste and nothing harmful in it. My Child's teeth are a little bit weak and we started to take this vitamins to help to solve this problem. I can't say 100% for sure because of this vitamin but her teeth are in perfect condition since she started to take this vitamin. (she had some brown spot on the back of the front teeth. The teeth were treated and her teeth are okay now). We wash her teeth with fluoride free natural tootpaste (Jack n Jill).

My kids seem to like the flavor and I like that it’s not a gummy type supplement. Vit D is an important supplement for kids. I’m glad I found this one!
