I am a huge fan of butterfly blueline series. I have been searching for this particular model for a while and found this on Amazon now. I have purchased this last week and got delivered a sealed box with no issues. The blueline series is a complete stainless steel model from butterfly. I already have a 3 ltr blueline (same model) which i got as a gift along with my Butterfly induction stove 5 years back. I was totally satisfied with the quality of the series, that i bought a 7.5 ltrs variant later on. The reason being we have been using it every single day for last 5 years and it's still in new condition. So now i have 3 variants of the same series in my kitchen(2 lt, 3 lt, 7.5 lt). Being glossy stainless steel with flat design, its easy to clean and looks good for ever. My mom use to handle everything rough and none of the cookers lasted this long except for a hawkins aluminium one which we had been using for 10+ years. I have searched a lot for similar models but i could find only a prestige SS one. But for that one, the lid goes inside cooker which i do not prefer. Now, butterfly has one more similar model called curve which looks even better. Coming to the price, i feel like amazon sellers are charging little more. Because i bought the 7.5 ltrs variant for 2000 bucks and 5 ltrs variant was 1500 bucks at that time. (But nowadays, when i checked the local stores, i found that they are charging around 1800 bucks for this one itself.) However if you are buying online, i highly recommend that you buy from Cloudtail from amazon. Usually on other shopping sites, sellers sell utensils with minor defects online(unsealed boxes), which they cant sell via local shops. The only issue that i have found so far is that the nuts holding the handles becomes loose and you have to tighten it often. This happens with most of the cookers and i have found a solution also. Just take the nut to a local hardware shop and buy a matching nut. Now, tighten the handle with both the nuts on. The second nut will act as a locking nut and will never come off. Believe me it works like a charm! Pro tips: Always use cookers on induction stoves for better life. Use a locking nut always for both the handles to avoid the handles coming off.
