I have been using Jarrow Formulas Fem-Dophilus and it has worked very well for me. It helps maintain both intimate and digestive balance, and I’ve noticed a real improvement in my overall well-being. It didn’t cause any side effects or stomach discomfort, which I really appreciate in a probiotic. It’s easy to take and clearly a high-quality product. I would definitely recommend it, especially for women looking for a reliable and effective probiotic.

Since becoming menopausal over the last year, I have suffered from a lot of symptoms which I never experienced before, constant thrush, recurrent uti, discomfort, itchiness, soreness, losing my sense of femininity was worse. I spent a lot of money on so many over the counter products with no effect, even the vaginal oestrogen did not help a lot. I came across this when I read a review on Amazon two weeks ago, I was yet again about to try and buy a canesten product and review stated that this helped a lot instead of the canesten product. I’m very glad I decided to give it a go, within a week of using this product I’ve gotten some sense of my old self and normality back again, not quite there yet but I’m a work in progress. I will definitely continue to use this, I highly recommend this to anyone who is suffering from menopausal dryness.

These have actual research behind them and they work very well for me. Haven’t had BV or yeast or UTI since. I def recommend them.

I have struggled with ongoing yeast infections / soreness, from being on long term medication. I’ve tried lots of different probiotic formulas, and recently discovered the specific strains needed for good intimate area health, which this product contains. I started with two capsules a day, and increased to three, when I wasn’t seeing a lot of improvement. Two days after upping them to three, all my soreness, itching, stinging, had gone. I’m a tall woman, so presume as I am bigger, two didn’t do the job, but three did, due to me having more height and mass than average height women. Unfortunately when I ordered my second pot, I went for the 60 (better value), I was sent one pot of 30. As these are not sold by Amazon, a second pot of 30 (to make up the difference of not being sent the 60 I paid for), could not be sent by Jarrow Formulas, Amazon advised me. Instead I had to go to the hassle of sending it back for a refund, and then reordering again - hoping that this time they actually send the pot of 60 I paid for. What a waste of a product, as I’m not sure they would be legally able to resell the returned pot. I would have given 5 stars for this product, but due to the hassle I’ve endured, I’ve knocked it down to four.

Even after reading thousands of great reviews for this product I was still a little sceptical. I’ve been taking them for a little over a month and will never stop taking them now! They restore the natural balance!
