StaggSSP10SP15 10m S Series Speakon to Jack Speaker Cable

I ordered a stagg cable, as it was a known quantity - affordable and reliable, if not the best quality out there. Instead I recieved a 'bishop' branded cable. its the correct length, but not a Stagg cable as pictured/described. It might be better, it might be worse. i dont have a Stagg one to compare against, but the connectors do look a lot cheaper than the heavy duty ones on the stagg. Again, they might be better, they might be worse.

This was a replacement lead for my speaker but unfortunately this lead didn't fit my speakers. I have Pulse PVS 12 speakers and I had lots of trouble trying to get it to fit. Eventually it did go in and worked but then impossible on the night of the first event to remove.I did eventually managed to extract it from the speaker and only to find that no matter how I tried to get it to lock into my speakers neither of the Speakon plugs would fit. The leads that were originally supplied were Neutrik and these are definitely not Neutrik fittings.

This cable does what it's supposed to do perfectly and it seems to be very robust. If it's as good as the excellent Stagg coiled guitar leads I've been using for years then I expect it will last a lifetime. I use this cable to play a Marshall DSL 15 amp through a Marshall 1936V cab and there is no noticeable deterioration in the output when comparing this cable to the considerably shorter cable that came with the speaker cabinet. The flexibility of having the much longer lead is, of course, a tremendous advantage. So, it's excellent results so far and I'm very pleased.

Old cable got broken on take down of my rig and lights, this cable has fitted perfectly into my kit and the overall quality is good, sound has not been compromised and the jack and plug feel better than my previous one.

I required x2 1m Speakon connections with bare termination wire so this 2m double ended Speakon cable was perfect. A cut in the middle of the 2m cable and I have my leads at a really good price. Nice thick decent cable too.
