Q: Will this work with smaller size tv like 40” flat tv?

I don't see why not. I have mounted a lot of TVs on walls before and the mounting approach is very similar with this. There are a variety of mounting options included, but the one i chose is the same i have used to mount a 40, 55, 60, and 72 inch TV on wall. Essentially to brackets that attach to the back of the TV vertically with M6 bolts. Everything is included

Q: Is there a way to mount a soundbar to this cart as well?
